The MDCC is located at URL http://control.remotelabs.net/

Start up your browser and go to the MDCC URL.

You the have to enter the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identifier). The IMEI of your mobile can be attained in different ways :

  1. It is usually located under the battery cover printed on a label on the mobile device.
  2. On some phones the IMEI can be attained by typing " *#06# " as if you are dialing a number.
  3. You can also find out your IMEI number from the MAT application by selecting the Show IMEI option

Once you have the IMEI number, type it into the MDCC homepage (in the IMEI field) and press Login. (see example below)

You will then be asked to enter your username, password and your email address. Make sure that your email address is correctly entered.

You will then be able to use the control centre user account functions.

Subsequent Logins

To login again just type in the username and password. You do not need the IME number again.
